Modular Heavy Duty Cantilever Gate

The MHG modular cantilevered sliding gate is designed for commercial, warehousing and mining applications as well as for port facilities. It is ideal for remote locations as it does not require ground tracks and overhead rails. The MHG is easily transportable on a pallet and assembled on site without requiring special lifting equipment within one day. The core of the gate consists of profiled aluminium upper and lower beams with end plates, which are tensioned internally with high tensile cables. Fully welded RHS galvanised steel is used for the frame and the posts. The gate runs on two double, fully adjustable wheels and is further guided at the top by two maintenance free wheels. Power coating is optional from a wide selection of colours. The solar panel is popular in areas where electrical supplies are challenging. A versatile remote control function which can be operated from multiple locations such as gatehouses or central surveillance desk is available.

A typical motor drive supplied by Magnetic is the MSL 20 MCE but the gate system allows a variety of motors and controllers to be used.

Standard safety devices include PE beams, inductive loop detectors and signage for use on automatic gate systems. A variety of other security enhancements are available.
