Features common to all JS bollards

  • Performance certified according to PAS 68; IWA 14-1 and ASTM F2656 standards.
  • Interchangeable protective sleeve so that the bollard is always just like new.

JS 48 HA – JS 80 HA

  • Maintenance can be carried out without removing the bollard. No lifting equipment required.
  • Able to withstand impact with a truck driven at 50 km/h (JS 48 HA) or 80 km/h (JS 80 HA). P1 penetration rating, still operational after impact.

JS 48 R – JS 80 R

  • Removable cylinder to allow temporary access.
  • “Shallow Mounted” design: minimum hole depth required.
  • Able to withstand impact with a truck driven at 50 km/h (JS 48 R) or 80 km/h (JS 80 R). P1 penetration rating.

JS 80 F

  • “Shallow Mounted” design: minimum hole depth required.
  • Able to withstand impact with a truck driven at 80 km/h. P1 penetration rating.

Focus on JS Series Bollards

New range of high security bollards

The FAAC JS-series bollards were conceived with the purpose of maximising safety in all areas that may be threatened by vehicles. JS bollards provide an innovative answer to protecting sensitive buildings, squares, markets, pedestrian areas and places with high traffic.

Non-invasive safety, able not only to protect spaces and people, but also the aesthetics of the surrounding architectural context.

Certified resistance

Crash tests passed perfectly: JS bollards are certified to stop a 7.500 kg truck driven at 50 km/h (JS48) and 80 km/h (JS80), certified operation even after impact.

Safety standards complied with: IWA 14-1, PAS 68, ASTM F2656.
